I’ve been with urban Worklofts for almost a year now and couldn’t be happier. Jim & Sean are an absolute pleasure to work with and have been very accommodating to anything I’ve needed. The hallways, break rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and every other tenant I’ve run into has been very friendly. The key access and gated garage feels very secure and although the parking spaces are small, I’m grateful there’s a parking lot designated for this building!

I run my Law Practice from the Urban Worklofts. The location and facilities are top notch. I like the safe feel of the building and parking lots. The staff are great and quick to respond to any issues. Thanks UWL!

I recently became a member of the Urban workloft community and I am so happy with the facilities and it’s management. The lofts are professional, clean, and pleasant to work in. The contemporary building gives my business that added edge when I meet with clients and associates I’m my field. Also, the management is friendly, professional and diligent about taking care of the building and the occupants needs. Just recently I needed to expand my space and they quickly addressed my needs and put me in a space I have always wanted... Shout out to staff member Alicia for making that happen.. Great location and great views! The place has been well kept and the staff are easy going and nice to deal with. I had a chance to meet the owner and he's a nice guy who likes to meet/talk with his tenants. The other tenants here are nice and very respectful. Feel free to stop by 930 or say hi here and there!
