The Service That I Needed Required More Time. Without Hesitation, Glory Not Only Honored My Appointment, She Did An Amazing Job! I Am So Happy That I Found This Salon And Glory! My girl Via did an amazing job with highlighting and trimming my hair! She was very knowledgeable, as she explained each technique and product to me. She really took her time and did a fantastic job with making me feel beautiful, thank you Via! I will definitely be coming back soon!!

Jenna is truly the most talented hairstylist I know. She knows exactly what will compliment your features & complexion. I get SO many compliments on my hair color, including from other professional hairstylists when getting my hair done for weddings! The blends are so seamless I am obsessed every single time I leave the salon. HIGHLY recommend Jenna and Upstate Roots! Also, the salon itself is incredibly beautiful & relaxing!

I’ve had such a relaxing and positive experience each time I step into this salon! The stylists are friendly (fun as heck to be around), attentive and talented. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Glory, specifically with hair extensions. She was absolutely wonderful and helped me figure out exactly what length/thickness I was hoping for during our consultation. The application and removal is quick and painless. My hair is consistently in better condition than when I first went in for our consult around 6 months ago! I’ve fallen in love with my hair again and I cannot recommend Glory and her salon enough.
