Massage Envy

Just had the best facial I’ve ever received by Jessica at the Slingerlands location. Came in pretty sore after falling and basically received an upper body massage during the facial. She’s very knowledgeable and used techniques for lymphatic drainage as well. I’ve had facials several times but this one tops it. I also didn’t leave feeling like I needed to wash my face from so many creams and serums. It was wonderful!! 10/10!

This was my first visit to Massage envy. The spa itself is quite nice and the staff at the front counter was friendly and explained their membership program, that I decided to join. My aesthetician Jessica was great. She gave me a brief consultation and then started my facial. The spa does customized treatments, and Jessica suggested some add-on treatments that I tried as well as some products that I was able to purchase on my way out. Overall I was very pleased with the services and staff. I've already booked my next appointment!

I’m giving five stars for the massage therapist. Raven is amazing! However, the membership push at the end by the staff was uncomfortable. I just wanted a massage without the hard sell. I think this company should reevaluate their membership model and focus on customer satisfaction and experience instead.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Massage Envy has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After canceling my membership, I continued to see unauthorized charges on my bank account—charges that I did not approve and were clearly against their own policy. To make matters worse, multiple appointments were canceled last minute without proper communication, leaving me without services I had already paid for. I tried contacting management several times to resolve the issues, but received little to no response. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. Massage Envy’s failure to respect cancellation requests and respond to concerns borders on unethical. I expected professionalism, but instead encountered mismanagement and a total lack

I had a membership with Massage Envy for 9 months. The Massage therapists were good. However, one of the front desk associates needs to take basic customer service training courses. She called me repeatedly, left messages, & sent texts every time they had a cancelation & they were trying to fill the spot. They called me several times during the day when I was at work, asking if I wanted to come in early. The WORST management I've encountered- I submitted forms to end my membership- yet the Slingerlands location STILL attempted to charge my two credit cards on file- they attempted to take money from my account over 200 times in 5 weeks. It's absolutely criminal the way they harassed me with repeated daily phone calls, attempts to steal funds off my card. I sent them a CEASE AND DESIST direc
