Jacks Nail Spa

I called Jack's and asked if he had any openings right away. It was already 5:15pm and I was leaving for a vacation the following morning. I told Jack's that I needed him to fix a bad job done at Happy Nails in Guilderland the day before. He told me to come right over. He removed the bad job that was on my hands and replaced them with long gorgeous thin nails. I will return. They were very professional and friendly. Thank you Jack for all you did.

Honestly very nice people and very attentive and personalized treatment. We needed a last minute pedicures before a wedding trip for my mother in law and I. They graciously took us even though I knew it would take beyond closing time to finish us. Beautiful result on some feet that were pretty rough to start. They did not rush us or anything. I will definitely return.

I'm new to the area. They don't see you without an appointment. I made an appointment for my nails n feet. My pedicure was rushed and areas that I wasn't happy with weren't corrected. Nails weren't shaped evenly and the gentlemen was rude and somewhat arrogant. Needless to say I was dissatisfied and am in search of a nail salon.

10/10 recommend! Came in feeling stressed, left feeling like a princess! Very cleanly, professional, and relaxing environment. My nails have never looked better. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Jacks!

My 83 year old mother was treated terribly by the owner Jack. When I picked her up she told me he yelled and screamed at any question she asked. He should be ashamed. He did not paint her nails even with a clear coat of polish for both a manicure and pedicure and charged her $60.00. He certainly has anger issues and not sure what goes in his place of business but keeps the door locked at all times.
