Upscale Nails | Luxury Manicures & Pedicures | Des Peres, MO

Three of us (2 young ladies & 1 old) went to Upscale Nails in Des Peres on Valentine's Day. It was wonderful. Christine (hostess) was so helpful the 3 times I called. All of us were very impressed by the care the technicians and owner showed us. They wanted to know exactly what we wanted - the right water temperature, the right shape and color, and even the right drink. We were very pleased with the end results. Plus, a great time was had by all.

This is hands down the best nail salon experience I have ever had. You can tell that they really care about giving you a nail color/shape/length that you are happy with. Chi did an amazing job on my gel full set and got me in and out in 40 mins. I usually don’t get my nails done because I hate sitting somewhere for so long and it’s usually not the most enjoyable experience. Upscale nail lounge was such a great experience that I’m planning on getting my nails done on a regular basis!

I initially went into the Des Peres location and had my nails done before the holiday. I noticed they don't have prices listed nor detailed service menu: first and second red flags. The flyers in the window stated 'Sale' on gel manicures or pedicures, now $65, now $ 55. I went in for a "gel pedicure," and it cost over 80$, WTH! Christine CLAIMED it was because of the leg "massage"! I've had gel pedicures in the pass and they ALL come with leg massages; there was NOTHING spectacular about this one. Not to mention, because they have NO PRICE CARDS that indicate that they charge extra for leg massage, nor was my receipt itemized. This TRICK here is having NO PRICE CARDS and STEALING from clients AFTER the FACT! This is an UPSCALE scam salon!!! With their unscrupulous business practice

I couldn’t recommend this salon more!! I’ve gotten my nails done consistently for 12+ years and this is the best place I’ve gone to and the only place I’ll go. Perfection every time and the girls are so much fun to chat with!!

Teresa is amazing!! I have very sensitive hands & skin and she has been wonderful finding the best options for me. When I come in, staff is always smiling and happily welcomes me into the oasis of this lounge & spa! I drive from Illinois to see Teresa, that’s how great she is and how much I appreciate her professionalism and candid personality. I highly recommend Upscale Nail Lounge 2 for anyone who wants to be treated with pampering & respect!
