The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Tim is a knowledgeable and talented injector. My treatment was explained thoroughly, and all of my questions were answered with care and honesty. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personalized approach. The results exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing! I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and exceptional customer service. I stopped by Avani Derm Spa to have a facial completed before my wedding day in Japan. Ciara Calvin did an incredible job making sure I was all set with a custom facial just for my skin type and approaching event. After my appointment and my wedding day, I received compliments on my skin quality for weeks and weeks following with NO MAKEUP ON. I was so happy with my results, I had to come back and see Ciara again! I am so appreciative for her help for my wedding day.

I have been going to Brittanie at the Frontenac Avani Derm Spa for over a year. She is wonderful and very talented! I also recently tried ThermiVa at the Chesterfield location. Before the treatment, Ciara asked about my hopes and explained each step. I felt completely comfortable based on Ciara’s thorough knowledge of the treatment. The experience was exactly as explained and there were noticable results right after treatment. Overall, customer service is top notch. Everyone is welcoming. Most communication can be done via messaging and the staff is extremely responsive. I trust Avani Derm Spa to always do the best job possible. Highly recommend.

I received a hydro facial from Nina today and couldn't be happier. She was very kind and my skin looks amazing! Every touch was intentional and I left feeling relaxed! 10/10 recommend!
