Great ladies. Do wonder work. All customer are happy when they leave. The provide various services. Brows, lip, chin, full face, legs, hennas, makeup, and eyelash extensions. Pricing are fair. Usually one lady works at a time, so you may have to wait. But during busy times two ladies work. But they are pretty quick. Usually takes about 15mins to get done. Also the place is very clean.

Shari has been doing my eyebrows for a long time - probably 10 years! She is the best!! I am always so happy with them. She does threading and Henna - always perfect color!

I have been going to Bro art 123 at west county mall. This is my go-to place for eyebrows because of Sheri Toorgali. She stands out with her quality of work and professionalism. She is highly skilled, listens with patience what I want,and talks in a respectful tone no matter how busy she is with the other customer. Thank you Sheri. Keep up the good work. 👍

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received today. Despite checking in at the kiosk as required and being the only name on the waiting list, I was bypassed for service. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was told it would be another 5 minutes. When 15 minutes passed, the worker skipped over me to serve a customer who had not checked in, stating that the customer was there before me, despite me having checked in correctly. This is not an isolated incident. The worker in question consistently exhibits unprofessional behavior, including rudeness, lack of greeting, excessive phone use, failure to provide receipts without request, and attempts to upsell unwanted services. While the location is convenient due to my workplace in the mall, I will not be returning
