Shop is a nice, easy vibe. Visiting from out of town, my son & I walked in & were lucky to be greeted by Carlton who was available straight off. I left them to it & hung on the couch. Carlton is amazing - chill, talented & listened to exactly what my son wanted & hooked my little man up with the best cut he’s ever gotten, all smiles. We will be back! Thank You!

Best shop we have been to, both my sons were walk-ins, Carlton and Chewy fit them both in very quickly. Relaxed vibe, professional and detail-oriented barbers. Both of my sons love their cuts, best price for a boys cut we’ve seen, we will be going here again

I’m not from the area but stopped in and got a great haircut from Carlton. He went the extra mile to make sure I was looking right and even trimmed my beard for no extra charge. I would absolutely come back.

This is as good as it gets. I've probably been to a dozen barbers in Pittsfield and frankly been dissatisfied with all – except this one. It is immediately evident that Carleton knows exactly what he is doing. Technically, he is careful, precise, thoughtful, and understands the craft to an unusual extent. The results were superb, among the best if not the very best haircut I've ever had. His studio is spotless, well lit, orderly, comfortable, and relaxing. To boot, he is a gentleman and clearly has a good character. I saw him give a haircut to a small child, and he was patient, gracious and respectful to the child. I was not expecting a barber shop experience to be so positive. Centrally located, but easy free parking in front or back of the building.
