A great spot! Teddy is skilled, has a great eye for detail and is really kind. I had a really positive and comfortable experience.

So yesterday after getting out of work I was very eager to do something nice for my special day and thought what better then a nice hair cut to get me feeling good. It was a last minute decision when I stumbled upon Abbey Cutters as a suggestion with great reviews. They were absolutely right about this gem He accommodated me right away. His personality and professionalism is far beyond expectations. He really engaged with me and I enjoyed my time is his chair. My hair came out absolutely gorgeous and when I left his shop I left with a smile on my face and a confidence booster thanks to his skills and vibes he shared. first time coming to Abbey Cutters and i'm 100% returning for my next haircut!! the interior is so gorgeous and i found myself constantly looking at all the beautiful art pieces and old movie posters on the wall as i was getting my hair done. the owner Pepe is such a sweetheart; i was a little nervous since i had never been here before but he put me at ease almost immediately with his inviting energy and bubbly personality. he was so personal and compassionate and talking to him felt like i was talking to a family friend i had known since i was a kid. i never knew a haircut experience would be so memorable. my hair looks absolutely bitchin' and i can't thank Pepe enough for his incredible work ♥️♥️♥️

Lovely fellow who is a delight to interact with *and* he gives my mom haircuts she loves when she's normally very picky. Especially since she likes her hair short and some other salons can be too hesitant with women who like their hair short short. And all for only $25!

I have lived in Pittsfield my whole entire life and I have never been to Abby cutters before today. I walked in and got a shampoo and conditioning and a haircut for a reasonable $25. I must tell you the customer service was absolutely amazing! And I highly recommend going in there and checking out what they have to offer!!!
