Unwind Wellness – Navy Yard

Unwind Spa Navy Yard was amazing! We celebrated our Friendsmas here and had a great experience. We booked the private lounge room with finger foods, which was the perfect setup for our group. Antonio and Simon were excellent hosts. The setup was beautiful, and they made sure we had everything we needed. They were truly a whole vibe and added to the fun, relaxed atmosphere. Felix did my massage, and he was the truth. I came in with a stiff lower back, and by the end of the session my posture was noticeably better and my body felt amazing. Highly recommend Unwind Spa Navy Yard!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! From the very beginning, I worked with Ana to set up an event for a birthday and baby celebration. She was incredibly prompt and professional, providing exceptional customer service throughout. The entire process—from selecting the food to organizing and scheduling massages for 11 women—was a breeze thanks to her expertise. On the day of my event, the spa itself was simply beautiful and relaxing. I was warmly greeted by the front desk receptionist and Antonio, who is absolutely amazing. We were assigned our own massage therapist, and they were all amazing! I felt less tense and relaxed once it was over (Thanks, Jenna). Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff did a great job matching me with the right massage therapist based on my needs, and Kate was outstanding. Her deep tissue work was intentional, controlled, and extremely effective. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely restored. This place clearly cares about quality and pairing clients with the right therapist. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back.
