I’ve seen Jessica several times and it has been a game changer. I had gone to physical therapy for muscle tightness that was impacting my nerves and saw her after I finished up with PT. I explained what was going on and she got it right away and knew exactly what I was experiencing and what to do to address it. I have seen a big improvement in the sessions I’ve had with her. I don’t have nerve pain or symptoms anymore and I have increased mobility. My muscle tightness has also greatly improved with each session. Jessica does a great job not only helping to work on something if there is an area in particular that is bothering you that day but also to look at the whole picture. She explains what she is doing and what she is feeling, which has been helpful. She takes notes at the end of the

I’ve been seeing Jessica for fascial release therapy, and she’s absolutely incredible. She’s extremely detail-oriented and has a deep understanding of how the body works, especially the fascial connections that impact overall movement and tension. Her sessions have helped me relieve tightness throughout my entire body, and I always leave feeling more balanced and mobile. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for lasting relief and true body awareness.

Where do I even start… I’ve been seeing Jessica consistently for about two months now regarding my chronic sitting pain and she is literally the only person that just gets it. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and skilled at her craft, but she is extremely kind and full of amazing energy. What I appreciate most is her “we will figure it out” mindset. I’ve worked with countless physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists and that mentality is extremely rare to find. In all honestly you can just tell who is just there for a paycheck and who GENUINELY cares and wants to help. Jessica literally pours her heart and soul into what she does, always willing to go above and beyond. After not being able to sit at all without pain for over a year and a half, I’m finally startin

After years of post-surgical pain and feeling like my body was stuck, my myofascial release session with Jessica was truly life-changing. For the first time in years, I felt real relief—like my body could finally move freely again. Jessica has an incredibly gentle yet effective approach. She's not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also intuitive and compassionate in her work. If you're dealing with chronic pain or tension, I can’t recommend her enough. She’s a must-have in any self-care routine!

I’ve been seeing Jessica Edwards at Fascia Release Centers in D.C. for four sessions now, and she’s absolutely amazing! Jessica is not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but she’s also just a wonderful person to be around—kind, warm, and full of fascinating stories that make each visit a real joy. Honestly, I kind of want to be best friends with her. I came to Jessica with a broken radius that’s held together with seven pins, and I’d fallen behind on my physical therapy. I have limited range of motion and some pretty stiff fascia, but Jessica was so reassuring and confident she could help. I’m already seeing improvements and feel really hopeful about where this is going. What I appreciate most is that she’s up-front and clear about what I need and doesn’t push unnecessary sessions—
