You literally never know when they will be open. I love their selection and the staff is nice but the 3 times I’ve gone, only 1 time they are actually open even if it says they are open on here. So annoying. If you have a business you should be open when you say you are smh 🤦‍♀️

I went into this store to look for a wig and was met with rudeness when I asked to try one on. It’s outrageous! This is America!! Customers should be able to try on wigs to find the right fit,if you are selling products. The owner really need to wake up! That’s why you display samples whether its in a shoes or clothing store. This experience was awful!!! Customers beware!!!!

Owner didn't come in to open their business to run. Few others did show up. They need to shut down their business if worker or owner cant show up to run the business for customer to come in. Wasted my time

The owner has always been lovely to my family and myself. It's nice to have a beauty supply up north. Definitely stop in if your in the area and need hair.

Drove 20 mins to this place because it’s the closest beauty store to me, just to be greeted by this sign!! I don’t know how JUST their store has a power outage on a HOT sunny day, but what a waste of time! I had no idea it would be closed as it stated it would be open online! So I recommend CALLING anytime before you go, because I heard this is not the first time a customer has experienced the store being closed during normal business hours.
