I’m disappointed with my recent haircut and wanted to share honest feedback. While Leanne is clearly very knowledgeable about hair, I felt she was more focused on how she wanted to cut my hair than listening to what I was asking for. The cut is much shorter than I anticipated, with blunt, bushy ends rather than the soft, blended finish I asked for. The cut is difficult to wear down unless I pull it all to the front, so I’ve had to keep my hair up to disguise it. She did successfully remove my overly blonde, damaged ends, which I appreciated. The styling at the end looked good, but unfortunately it’s not something I can recreate at home. I specifically tried to ask for a cut that would air dry well and not require blow drying or curling, but I felt talked over when I brought that up. At th

I had a terrible experience. I asked for a specific blonde, and they left my hair orange. I went back for a correction, and they made it dark. They asked me to come back a third time, but I don’t have time to keep dealing with their lack of professionalism. They also refused to give me a refund. I went to another salon, and they told me my hair was burned and they couldn’t do anything. Going to a salon should make you feel happy and beautiful, not leave you crying. A complete disaster

Leann is hands down the best colorist in the valley. She puts enormous amounts of thought and care into getting it right. I always give her full reign to do what she thinks would be best and I am always happy with the results. She also has done some perfect Brazilian blowouts for me. Highly recommend!!

Came in for an all over color. She was very friendly and enjoyed what she did and took passion into coloring my hair and explaining the whole process. Great listener left with exactly what I had asked for.
