I saw Chris for the very first time today for severe lower back pain and stiffness. He did a great job of providing me with a deep tissue massage and managed to help alleviate the pain and stiffness throughout my lower back, shoulders, and neck. Chris also provided several pointers on how to relieve muscle tension and strain. The office is easy to find and the studio is clean, nicely appointed, and private. I plan to go back again.

I booked a 90 minute massage, coupled with a lymphatic drainage face massage and reiki. Kat was incredible! Hands down the best massage experience I’ve had maybe ever. Her flow was intentional and consistent for the 2.5 hour session, always making sure I was comfortable and the pressure was just right. I highly recommend booking a session with Kat.

A really great Massage. Kat listened to my intake explanation and went right to work on my tight muscles. Her work was thorough and balanced.
