I went to see Ellis at Unity Bodywork and was really impressed. The evaluation was super thorough, and the technique was on point-- different in a really good way. Ellis has a great touch, addressed all my problem areas, and I left feeling aligned, balanced, and relaxed. The space was clean and calming, and it’s also easy to get to by public transportation. I still feel great after my session! Ellis is professional, knowledgeable, and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

I recently had a neurokinetic therapy session with Ellis to address some long-standing issues in my back and neck, and the experience was outstanding. He took the time to methodically assess where the imbalances were coming from and explained each step to me in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how he connected the dots between different areas of my body, which made the whole process educational and effective. The massage was intense and targeted precisely where I needed it and where typical spa massages pass right over. I walked out feeling more mobile, grounded, and balanced than I have in months. After my session, Ellis also emailed me a very detailed set of “homework” exercises with video links that was exactly what I needed to actually remember to do them. I h
