Unisex Hair Palace

Would not recommend… my gf wanted a wolf cut and they messed up her hair and didn’t even do it I paid $60 so you think it would be good for the price but it looked nothing like what she wanted. And not only that but when I went to check out I gave her my card to pay she swiped it and told me to have a good day. Didn’t even give me my card back I had to ask a couple of times till she realised and not only that but my gf gave her the phone to show her what she wanted… and we ended up losing her phone which we went back and the lady had. Sketchy place and not worth the price

My hair was fried after asking for balayage. My color was wrong and they were super rough. I’m not confrontational so I took the loss and paid. So much wrong happened in this visit. I was there for 4 hours and my hair was literally melting on the bottom. I left and found a place in east longmeadow who was horrified at what they did to my hair. My scalp was sensitive to touch for a week. That following Tuesday I got it redone. I got it cut neck length! It was damaged so bad. I had to get a protein treatment and reverse balayage done. Were they sweet yes! But the daughter just didn’t know what she was doing. Ask questions first. They’re not all like this. I’ve been there for my daughter before and they did amazing with her. I don’t know what happened here. They literally saw the disaster and

NO! STAY AWAY! The lady that did my hair was kind of weird. She kind of had a slick mouth taking bites at what I wanted to do with my hair. Her brush was full of hair and the work station was filthy. How can you operate with that kind of mess? Then the other hair dresser was talking politics and blaming the poor for being hungry while a little 6 year old boy was running around freely touching females, the same evil lady that liked poor people to starve said "boys will be boys, they are going to do that". So no... these people are from the twilight zone horror movie.

Walked in and Rose hooked my brother up with a fresh cut and beard trim. She's very kind and friendly. Great prices too. I'll take him back when he needs another cut and I'll be sure to ask for Rose.

My daughter just had her hair done for homecoming and she’s literally crying because of how it turned out.It’s supposed to be an updo and it’s super messy and loose!
