Excellent customer service, as soon as you walkn in, you can feel the environment, all of the girls are amazing, make you feel comfortable. Yali do my hair and I love it ♥️ but I can see all of girls do an amazing job. The hours are flexible, they accept walking and also by appointments. Highly recommend 👌🏼 🎊💐🥳

If you are tender headed, please avoid this place. I came here as recommended by my titi, and I left wishing I had taken the first 4 red flags as my sign to leave. Everything felt rushed and intentionally aggressive. Just the wash alone was reason enough to leave and take my money with me-- even after having politely asking for them to be gentle, my hair was pulled, yanked, combed through aggressively, and the woman doing my hair giggled to herself when I was in clear discomfort and pain. I can confidently say I not only left the shop with less hair and a sore scalp, but I did not leave with what I paid for.

My grandmother has been going here for years and recommended them. She was right!!! Yally does a phenomenal wash, deep condition and curly cut for me. She also does the same for my toddlers hairq. Any one, of any age, can go to these lovely ladies and will be well taken care of!!

This place is a gem. Its full of beautiful women with gorgeous hair and Carmen takes such good care of my mother moved up here to live with me and these ladies are so lovely to her. Usually, Im late to pick her up because they are fast and she loves just being there. Yesterday I had to wait five mins for here and it was so calming and happy.
