Ingleside Therapeutic Massage & Yoga

I have been so grateful to be guided by both J and John for more than five years now in different capacities. Their knowledge and approach toward the whole body and mind helped me heal some acute pain moments. In this past year with very simple directions and modeling and yoga, J helped me work through painful neck and knee soreness. A month ago after opening a window, I experienced severe pain in my back side muscle area to the point that I could not breathe. This happened on a Friday, I worked with John on Saturday and by Monday I was able to resume full mobility, swimming and gardening, etc. I am so grateful to have an inside therapy and massage as part of my health maintenance plan for life.

I've been seeing chiropractors and massage therapies for at least 60 years. John is in a class all his own. Worth every penny. I will keep going to him for a quite while longer.

We have been going to J for yoga for years and John for massage for even longer. This evening we participated in our first online yoga practice with J. Although we were skeptical at first, J’s exceptional gift for yoga shined through as brightly as her spiritual beauty. At a time when we all need to take care of ourselves, there’s no better way to do so than with an online yoga practice with J. We were amazed at how she was able to guide us through the practice as if we were in the same room. Highly, highly recommended!

What a wonderful way to stay connected with J during this time! I used to practice yoga with J when she lived in So. California. So I was THRILLED that she was able to offer livestream classes via Zoom. It is amazing to see her in action again & to "meet" her local groups there in Holyoke. That community is very fortunate to have both her and John in the area. Two of the most gifted healers I know. I look forward to her guidance, even though technology. She provides excellent support and makes the session FUN! I do miss her but this is the next best thing!

J and John are awesome. They are committed to high standards! J is the perfect yoga teacher who brings balance and awareness to each class. John's knowledge helped me work through some major injuries. They are flexible and prices are reasonable. I feel very grateful to have found them. KC
