Janet has been my hairstylist for about 2 years now, and she is absolutely amazing! Not only does she do incredible work, but she also makes the whole experience fun by keeping you entertained and comfortable. This past Saturday, I decided to dye my hair for the very first time in my 30s, and I was so nervous—worried it might not turn out right or even damage my hair. But Janet completely exceeded my expectations! To say she did an awesome job would be an understatement—my hair looks and feels amazing. I’m so happy I trusted her with this big change, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Horrible customer service to thr point they dont even realize customers they've had several times over the years. They are very vague when answering questions about styles so they can upcharge. They literally have licensed hairdressers and want extra money to wash your hair. If I called OSHA I'd be wrong right? So I literally choose to tell every single person I know not to come here because they use the same combs back to back for different heads.

I’ve been here 3 times. Maybe 4. Every time the price changes. They charge you $2 more dollars to use your card to pay them which is crazy to me. Don’t even offer a card as a form of payment if you charge me to use it! Just say cash only. Or let people know when they call. After my deep condition she tried to blow dry my hair super fast . What happen to roller set?? So I had to ask for that! The stylist left me under the dryer for a hour and a half so that she could braid 2 heads. When I said something she asked was my hair dry instead of coming to see. Another stylist had to accommodate me. The lady who left me under the dryer was so concerned on making sure she received $65 + $2 they never apologized for any inconvenience or offered to take a deep condition off.

Do not come here. They Mix the wash with some type of straightener. My hair is ruined. It was Betty who did it but they all use the same products. beware

I visited Unique Dominican Hair Salon for the first time today and it was truly a 10/10 experience! I called just an hour before coming in, and they were super friendly and informative over the phone. When I arrived, I was seated immediately—no wait at all. I came in just needing my sew-in styled, and they absolutely delivered. My hair was pressed out beautifully—sleek, shiny, and styled to perfection. The salon itself was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.
