I've been getting my hair cut by Svetlana for over 6 years now, and I couldn't be happier! She is incredibly skilled, always listens to what I want, and delivers perfect results every time. Her attention to detail and consistency are unmatched. I highly recommend Svetlana to anyone looking for a top-notch haircut!

I trust very very people with my hair and Netta is one of them. Great colorist that will take her time to determine and discuss the needed steps to get what you want as an end result while maintaining the integrity of your hair. I recommend! :)

Guys, go somewhere else. The owner, Netta, redeemed a Groupon (2 weeks prior to date of service). Against Groupon policy; she told me to get a refund, so I did. They refunded me the full amount. She admitted the salon does it as it takes time to get the funds and then told me to get a refund, so I did. She then charged me for the appointment as a “missed appointment” on my credit card. American Express has opened a fraud investigation on Unicorn Salon and Netta. My account with Amex is fully fraud protected. Guys, there are amazing salons out there like Steel & Lacquer. Go to professionals and people with high standards and ethics. Don’t let a fraud create a business here in SF. We need to starve frauds and thieves out of business.
