Ultimate Escape Day Spa

My experience at the spa supersede most of the spas in the Kansas City area. The front desk stuff was extremely helpful, thoughtful and engaging. The rest and relaxation room was beautiful, clean and great for our couples massage. My man decided to book another massage before Valentine’s Day and he mentioned quitting his current massage therapist because of how impressed he was with Jessica! I loved Jade & appreciated the add ins she provided. We will be back !

This day spa is absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly staff and a clean, relaxing environment. The service is consistently great, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Anna, who does my waxing, is especially awesome—very professional, skilled, and makes the experience comfortable every time. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere!

I had an amazing Himalayan salt stone massage with McKenzie this past Saturday! She was absolutely wonderful — she actually massaged me over a year ago and still had all her notes from my last visit, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel personalized and thoughtful. The new location is beautiful and so relaxing. I especially love that there are no shared walls with other businesses, so there were zero unexpected noises. Just peaceful, quiet, and exactly what you want during a spa treatment. Highly recommend both the spa and McKenzie — I’ve already booked my next treatment and can't wait to go back!

Cleanliness: The entire spa was absolutely spotless. Each room featured a different essential oil scent, which added such a thoughtful, immersive touch to the experience. It truly felt like a full five-senses journey. Staff: Every staff member was kind, attentive, and stayed perfectly on schedule throughout the day. They consistently offered water, provided neck pillows during transitions, and made sure refreshments were always available. I have been going to Ultimate Escape Day Spa for many many years and love their beautiful location. Took a friend for their first ever massage and they loved it. The facility is gorgeous, staff is extremely friendly, and both masseuses were very professional. So soothing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend this spa....you won't be disappointed.
