I've been to many, many salons in the overland park area and I can say with confidence Cassandra, the owner of Manifested, was one of the most attentive and pleasant barbers I've ever had in my life. I couldn't recommend her or her services enough if you're looking for a quality mens haircut at half the price most of the gimmicky salons in Op charge. She was truly a master of her craft and made the entire experience one I'd look forward to having again.
