The Vital Stretch

It's an amazing vibe entering into the studio. During consultation you do an in debt mobility test and based on the results your stretch sessions are tailored around that. They educate you on the report presented and even give at home recommendations. You're not just getting a basic stretch for tight muscles but to improve mobility and address any issue you may have in problem areas. The app is very convenient when making appointment and you will get homework to do like workout that is located in the app. Jeff and Maggie are always professional and positive to be around. Always have a phenomenal session and conversations are easy. Overall, the studio is clean. Went in today and got my first ever assisted stretch. I’m so glad that I went to The Vital Stretch because I was able to meet Jeff Baker Who not only did a great job at stretching me, but also provided me with so many different things that could help me whether that be with stretching and why things are happening or different exercise exercises that could get me Going in the right direction for my body and it’s health. Thank you again vital stretch for providing an awesome experience for me! I got a mobility score of 51. Hopefully, if you drop in, you’re not worse than me 😝

This place is great, and Maggie is really awesome. They have a very comprehensive approach to body movement analysis, recommendations, stretching options and expertise. Maggie went above and beyond making me feel incredible- and I am someone who regularly does stretching on my own. She answered all my questions very clearly, and was very kind and easy going to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for more mobility, strength, energy, and/or pain relief from any structural issues. Stretching is very underrated...check out this place!

Maggie has been doing stretches on me for a few months and I feel so much better! My body feels more limber! I also had a bad shoulder that was hurting and ready for surgery but now I will not do surgery because im able to lift and it has strength now! It doesn’t hurt and I’m so relieved . I see her every week and it feels so fantastic when she stretches my body and limbs.

100/10 recommend! The assessment before the stretches is simple and effective. Maggie went through my results and the key areas for us to work on. The assisted stretching itself is life-changing. They will also give you stretches to do at home, so you can continue to create that stretching muscle memory. The staff is also warm and welcoming. Facility is clean and well-taken care of.
