Not wheelchair (or walker) friendly. The aisles are full of displays that block access. So despite having handicap parking and a curb cut, I don't think it's disabled friendly. They do have a LOT of products though, and my wife enjoyed her makeup lesson, so I feel like it may be 5-star if not for the access problems.

Gabby is so awesome I love her! I came in on Black Friday and even though the store was super busy, she was still incredibly attentive and so kind. She helped me with everything I needed and made the whole experience so much easier:)))

I am absolutely horrified. I HATE THIS PLACE!! My experience here was lovely when the floor staff helped me, HOWEVER…the male worker at the register with the glasses, braces, and the chest hair absolutely disgusted me. As we went to the register I asked if I could sign up for the rewards program, expecting me to only provide an email address or a phone number. But the man proceeded to ask me my email, home address, zip code, and my DOB. When he asked me if I was 18 or older, he told me he needed that information to open an Ulta credit card. I never asked to open an ulta credit card! In addition, he (looks in his 20s) kept giving glances and shady smirks to my friend who is underage. He proceeded to ask her personal questions (to which she refused) yet he still kept asking. Then he dropped

Emily at the Ultra Makeup Store is AMAZING! She took the time to help me find the perfect foundation shade, and her expertise is truly impressive. She's not only knowledgeable about the products, but she's also super nice and made the whole experience enjoyable. I usually have a great experience at this Ulta — the staff on the floor are always friendly and helpful. But today the cashier was really disappointing. No greeting, no effort to help when I asked about my coupon, and he barely looked up from his phone. When I tried to ask if the coupon worked, he just said “no” without any explanation. It really ruined what’s normally a nice visit.
