Ulta Beauty

Nicest Employees! Especially Sarah who helped me with a hefty happy return. She was kind and it was fast and easy. Then my daughter and I enjoyed walking through the store while she picked out things she wanted for Christmas. She loves Ulta!

I went there because I bought the wrong color foundation and concealer for my daughter. No I didn't have my receipt and just asked for exchange on color she needed. The manager said we don't sell that here you sure you didn't get it at Sephora or a different Ulta. I said I did get it at a different Ulta the one up towards St.Peters. She said she could give me store credit but it was a quarter of what I originally paid for it. I called my daughter while I was there even and asked what she wanted me to do. I had a rewards account with them but it didn't come up on that. This wasn't the first time this has happened either. I then told her to look under my old last name and didn't find it there either. I have had several phone number an email changes. Regardless all I was wanting to originally

This location is a pretty good Ulta store. It really depends on who assists you as sometimes you get someone who seems bored, but for the most part the employees are helpful and nice. I don’t trust the testers on my face, but they’re generally in decent shape and I like being able to get a swatch with an applicator. Do check the label on the product itself because testers are occasionally put back in the wrong spot. Checkout is usually pretty easy and quick.

I went into this Ulta a few days ago and didn’t have a pleasant experience with one of the employees, Lilly is not professional/nice at all, multiple eye roles too, and visible hickeys on her neck, so unprofessional, smiling and asking if a customer found everything okay is the bare minimum, you can tell they’ll hire anyone has a manager. Do better Ulta!

The employees were so nice in helping me find the best makeup to hide the redness in my skin. They answered all my questions and gave me some pointers. 🙂 I found some great makeup that really helps boost my confidence and will definitely be back.
