Vivify Spa Salon

I recently had my hair done by Scot the hairstylist at Vivify Salon in Washington MO, who I mistakenly trusted to give me a simple perm. Would never recommend him to anyone. Very unprofessional. He did a perm for me that didn't stick the next day (I followed the rules, no wet hair) not only that but my hair is breaking and damaged badly. He charged me $105 for a perm kit you could do at home. I was so upset I asked for a refund which he refused after telling me I'd have 100% satisfaction. If you know you messed up own it and fix the issue with your customer. He's a shady character, so beware. When I reached out to the owner the second time hoping SHE could resolve this, I heard nothing back. Very disappointed and hurt.

Diana did a GREAT job on my nails! Such a friendly, welcoming staff. Very relaxing environment.

I have had both a facial and pedicure with Diana. She is wonderful and takes her time to provide a thorough and relaxing treatment. My face and feet we so soft and I felt so pampered. The salon has a wonderful atmosphere and Diana has put as much effort into her salon and she provides to her clients. It’s a total experience

Marie did a great job with my nails! I didn’t have an appointment and she got me in right away, and was very welcoming. I was super impressed with the attention to detail and attentiveness at this salon. Super sweet staff/owner as well. I would definitely recommend stopping by!
