Five stars is for the Sales Associate Lee, she was amazing and very helpful, may even say more so than the manager or supervisor Anthony! My husband was trying to purchase something that was a different price online (an online sale price), when Lee suggested to BOPIS (which makes sense) because it wasn’t on sale in store. Anthony was quick to shoot it down, insisting there was no other way to get it for the online sale price other than purchasing it online and having it shipped to our home 3-5 Days. My husband literally called the Chesapeake store and asked if he could do the BOPIS so he can get the sale price without having to wait for shipping, the answer was immediately yes! Jamarah was very helpful when I was checking out! She advised me on products and about saving and ensuring I received my points towards my in-store purchase. She was also very patient and friendly!

Relaxed girlies and queens BEWARE Came in today, for my birthday, for a wash/blow dry/flat iron. (Those are all separate cost btw) Well, I walked the store after a less than stellar styling experience to buy random things… then I heard “What’s that smell?” “Burnt perm” “burnt perm”, and considering the smell (likely no heat protectant used) of the stylist doing “whatever” it was with the flat iron… and no one being in salon with me… no brainer. The lack of courtesy and professionalism. Go to Hair Teems in Hampton VA where you will be loved on. I wanted to give a closer stylist a fair shot, however, this behavior shows more than I could have assumed about the environment.

I went in today to have professional makeup done for a photo shoot. I was greeted by Brittany, my makeup artist and she was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. she made me feel very comfortable. I would also like to thank Anthony who also helped with my make up application. I am so incredibly pleased with how everything turned out. I walked in with a vision and they brought it to life for me ! I can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you Anthony and Brittany!

Chloe and Riley went above and beyond helping me find some perfume. They had outstanding customer service towards me. My shopping experience was great.
