Horrible experience! I came there months ago and the stylist Joy was absolutely amazing Unfortunately Joy is no longer there and I wish I was told this before I sent my mom to the shop Because her hair was not only not cut how she wanted it but the stylist Destiny was not friendly She had zero knowledge and did not seem very happy to be there honestly She charges way to much for not having much experience I will definitely urge everyone to go see Joy ! Got she working at another shop in Suffolk and just look at the reviews she is worth it She will teach you about your hair she will take the time to make it the best experience you ever had My whole family goes to her

My granddaughters stylist is Joy. She is such a lovely person and she explains everything to us before, during and after the cut. She gives us advice on which products to use. We couldn't be more pleased that Joy is her stylist. Highly recommend.
