Grace did an incredible job with my blow dry, wash, and soft waves. She’s a talented hair stylist who really knows how to create a polished, long-lasting blowout. My hair looked smooth, full of volume, and perfectly styled for my event. Beyond her skills, Grace is also extremely friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole salon experience relaxing and enjoyable. We had such a great conversation, and she made me feel completely comfortable in her chair. If you’re looking for a professional hair stylist for a blowout, event styling, or beautiful waves; I highly recommend booking with Gracie. She also does colour and cuts! She’ll make sure you leave the salon feeling confident and absolutely beautiful.

Such a fantastic Ulta! Everyone here is incredibly helpful. Originally was helped by a salon employee who was more than willing to help as she could and then was helped by Amanda. It was a very busy day and she had a ton of customers needing assistance. Quick, friendly and efficient as heck! Then Sierra and Lex were beyond friendly at checkout. Such a great location and such amazing staff. Definitely my go-to! Amanda put in so much extra work with a couple requests of mine that were in the back, I was definitely being very needy, thank you thank you!

Kacey is the best! She gave me an incredible bouncy blowout for a date night out and it lasted me all night. I told her how I like to style my hair at home with a curler, so something flowy and bouncy, and she did just that! She is also a total hoot to talk to and laugh with. Very disappointed in this drugstore company overall. Customer experience is terrible (can’t even put the items in a bag, you make the purchase and they just handle it to you), and the whole checkout experience sucks (I’m not being politely asked if I want to put my phone number into their system, I’m FORCED to do that). Not mentioning that they don’t honor the online orders, they marked my order as “delivered” when in fact I’ve never received and then they try to put the blame on the customer stating that I didn’t put the apartment number, when it’s clearly written there and it’s obvious in every part of the order. Ulta, you are a disappointment. Never again. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

I just received the best haircut of my life from Azita! I went from longer hair to a short bob, and she handled the transformation with so much care. She took her time with every strand, precise, detailed, and truly a perfectionist in the best way. The cut took longer than average, but the result is exactly what I wanted. It falls perfectly and is easy to maintain. Azita also recommended an amazing hair product, which I love (JVN air dry cream). I’ll definitely be back!
