Highly recommended! I've been to Jose twice now - he's great! He takes his time, really gets deep into the muscles and has really helped my back and hip pain a lot. Being a dancer, I have a lot of stiffness in my joints, lower back/hips and legs - pretty much everywhere. Jose targets my tough areas and has a well-trained, persevering touch. The second session, he introduced hot stones which are a game changer! His studio is quiet and professional, as is he. I'm so thankful I found him.

I had a wonderful massage experience in a super cute and cozy room. The massage table and blanket were heated, which added to the comfort. JR has been instrumental in guiding me through my posture correction journey. After just one session, I noticed an improvement in my posture. JR took great care in working on my biceps and pectoral muscles, which helped my chest open up and reduced my tendency to lean forward. I continue to make progress each week. I highly recommend following the suggested treatment frequency, as it has been key to my success in improving my posture and overall well-being. I thought I had a serious problem with my neck that would require medical attention until I found JR. He quickly identified the issue and worked all the knots out. He even found knots I didn't know were there. He's not only an excellent therapist, he's a really nice guy and his studio is charming and welcoming. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
