From the moment I laid down on the heated crystal Biomat and felt those unbelievably soft sheets, I knew I was in for something special. She used a mix of heated CBD cream, hot stones, vibration therapy, and even some heated Graston tools and infrared cups — every part of the session felt intentional and incredibly healing. The combination of sound therapy, soothing energy work, and gentle feather-like brushes made it feel like a full-body reset. The atmosphere was just as amazing — calming music, beautiful energy, and even her little healer cat, Marlo, adding to the peaceful vibe. Just had my first massage in years with Liz and it was absolutely incredible. I have been suffering with chronic back pain and dizziness for MONTHS and after 60 mins with her magic hands I felt like I was walking on air – I was nearly bouncing on my walk home. This was truly a multidisciplinary, holistic massage treatment. She has the most welcoming, high vibrational safe space, and truly feels like she’s not just giving a massage but instead working intentionally and spiritually to heal what has been ailing me. I'd been dealing with early sciatica symptoms and constant neck cracking, but after seeing Liz, the discomfort was completely gone. For two full weeks I didn't feel any pain at all. Now that I'm starting to feel a bit of tension again, I'm booking another session right away. Liz is amazing! This was my first massage where I truly felt like my needs were understood, like Liz had already walked in my shoes. She knew what I was looking for after I gave her a vague description of my issues, and her ability to tailor each experience to the individual was very positively reflected in my massage. I had the 90 minute multisensory experience, which felt incredible. Liz was able to focus on all the knots I didn't know I had, while being easy and fun to talk to with many cool stories to share. She's also a great teacher when it comes to self care!! Overall, it was a great experience that I would absolutely recommend!!
