I am now a regular and fan of this Ulta Beauty Hair Services. Lizbeth has been cutting my hair for three years now, and I trust her with my life. I have been to many stylists before that aren't able to translate my hair into my vision. Much less work with the specific characteristics of my hair. Lizbeth has seen me through many hair transformations and I have received so many compliments on her cuts. One of the best services I have ever had.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Ulta location, specifically with a cashier named EVELYN. I came in to claim my birthday gift, and she was extremely rude from the start. She told me there was “no way of helping me” and that I wasn’t able to claim my birthday gift at all. When I tried to explain, she ignored me and made no effort to help. I left the store frustrated and called Ulta’s customer service, who confirmed I was eligible and helped me right away. I then went back to the same store, and even with the same cashier ( Evelyn) and I was able to receive my birthday gift with no issue. This whole situation completely ruined what should’ve been a simple, fun birthday perk. Evelyn’s attitude and unwillingness to help made the experience stressful and disappointing. Someone

DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT FROM DENISE U. I have been getting haircuts from Ulta for years and never had a bad experience until Denise U. I asked her for a certain style of bangs, and she did the complete opposite. Instead of clarifying what I asked for, she went straight for it. When I told her she cut it too short, her response was "it will grow back." On top of that, she didn't give me a cape, so my hair got all over my clothes. She didn't apologize or take accountability for any of her mistakes! It's one thing to be a newbie and then apologize for messing up, but it's completely unacceptable to reject any sort of responsibility. She was the rudest and most unprofessional hair stylist I've ever had from Ulta.

I wish there was more Ulta Beauty store locations in the Bay Area but this location was great! I did have a little issue with the maps location directing me to their old spot but the good news was the new location was in the same parking area. A little hidden so just look for the Total Wine locational I was looking for a permanent hair color solution for curly hair and was thankful that the sales person was throughly knowledgeable. The sales person gave a review of each of the permanent and temporary hair color products plus how each one did on her long semi curly hair. Overall I am glad I came to the store. Thank you!

I came in to the store knowing that I wanted a MAC lipstick, and Rachel greeted me with a warm smile and was so patient with me and my indecisiveness. She listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions, and educated me about the different formulas and how they differ from each other. She also paired the lipstick with a lip liner and said “once you buy a lip liner, you’ll never go back!” and now I use them both every day, everywhere. I’m so happy with my purchases and with my experience! Will definitely come back!
