Ulta Beauty

As I walked in nobody said anything to me ,while there were three staff standing in the front having a conversation of their own. I spent about 30 minutes in the store and saw several workers pass right by me. A young lady named Lily was very very nice, paid attention to detail and tended to me. She was very professional and on her game. What a disappointment the others were.

I’m in disbelief with this Ulta. Yesterday as soon as I walked through the door not a single worker, who by the way were all surrounding the entrance like they normally do, said a word to me like other professionally Ulta stores do. Tell me why as I was reaching for a bag could feel the eyes of judgement right on me, so uncomfortable, honestly. I was about to leave but I wanted to prove my point of why I should never return to this store and post this review. Not a single worker asked me through my entire time at the store if I needed assistance. Triple wow when the cashier got inpatient me when I was asking questions about a product like really why are you even working here if you can’t handle it. Definitely not spending my money here where you don’t feel appreciated yet alone acknowledge

The girl with fake blonde short hair is so rude. I don't know what I did to her but she didn't want to help. I asked her if they had the morphe cloud veil in stock and she just literally walked away from me pretending she was helping me and never came back. She just walked around the store acting busy but wasn't. I saw her then remover her headset and walk out of the store. It is 10:41 am, on October 8. So whoever was the blonde hair girl with a tiny bun on this day, she needs to work elsewhere cause her customer service is unacceptable and terrible! It's not my fault she didn't go to College and get a real career so she hates her job and clearly hates being around people to help.

Cameron helped me with everything I needed. They were so kind and helpful! I was feeling a bit bad about myself but Cameron made me feel great!

Was not greeted by staff who was at the front, they did greet a female customer. Variety of colognes is weak, employees don’t offer assistance. Ended up going to a perfume shop and found better prices and better assistance. Please work on your staff and variety of products
