I love coming here, there is always great deals! All Staff are very friendly, attentive, and welcoming! This has become my regular go to spot to shop for excellent make up and hair products. I prefer shopping here than Sephora. To all staff, thank you for your exceptional service! :D
Went here to use my gift cards I got for Christmas (1/11/26). It was the ones you get from Costco so it comes with 3 ( 2-$25 & 1 bonus $10) I went to purchase a perfume and was told I can only use 2 cards per transaction including my credit card. I was in disbelief because what she said made no sense. I just said I’m not doing that and I left. I wish I asked for a manager but I knew buying it online would be possible to use ALL cards. It was!! Online you can use up to 5 gift cards and additional form or payment. If they try tell you only 1 gift card and 1 payment card is possible, ask to speak to a manager.
Had such a positive experience with Danica at this location today! She is detailed, careful and knowledgeable in her craft. A perfect shade match and all the right energy!
Welp, won't be coming to this location any more. If only I could've gotten the name on her name-tag so that you can all beware! 🤯 Rudest customer service (or lack thereof) I’ve experienced in ages, here at this ULTA today. An employee, (much older, brown-skinned hispanic woman) *aggressively* walks up to me seconds after I sprayed a tester (product sprayed was in fact unboxed and open + placed in front of several boxed products of the same kind) she in the most impolite way questioned me on if what I sprayed was a tester, I showed her it was and still with a very bad attitude and tone she goes on with snarky rude comments, I politely walk away with my friend as the worker is now making us both extremely uncomfortable to even continue to shop there any longer.
