Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

My aunt is in tears. She went in for highlights, paid $245, and her hair is now totally ruined and burned. Yulma was so rude, did not offer a solution, instead said, my aunt should her a hair treatment and denied she had done anything wrong. Hair is falling, burned and different tones.

Horrible experience with the owner. After inquiring how much my children’s haircut would cost she told me $35 per child. It was a basic trim. Long straight hair. At the checkout she charged me $155. I was livid! Her explanation changed 3 times. Awful experience and my kids left crying. She also added her own tip to my credit card.

Very bad experience- showed up with washed, clean hair, asked her to trim the bottom only which took about 3 minutes, she then ran a blow dryer through. I was there less than 15 minutes and the Armenian woman charged me $100 (!) dollars! I didn’t get a wash or a full cut and style, rather a quick trim and she round brushed it for a few minutes. Outrageous price gouging! I will never return.

This is the third terrible haircut for my son here. Now, if we ever take him back, we'll only go to Josie or the Asian guy (can't remember his name). Everyone else there has butchered his hair. No texturzing. And if she was attempting to make a straight line, this doesn't look straight to me. Just a mess. Also hung up on me when I called to ask what happened to his hair. Thank goodness for hats.

Received haircut from male with extensive tattoos. Took 5 minutes to do haircut. Was rushing to get next waiting customer before someone else. When I said sides were uneven, he said if I put jel on it, it would look okay. He did not offer to trim eyebrows as others offer to do. Terrible service.
