Have usually had a pleasant experience here, but tried to go in this evening after seeing that the store should be open per store hours posted on door, only to be met with a rude attitude at my mistake (which, I only realized after looking on Google Maps). Someone should change this! Not everyone is tied to their phones. An annoying experience to say the least 🙄

I went in to start some of my holiday purchases and was discriminated against while shopping with my child . Nicole the new manager told me I had to leave the store and stated the other manager was coming to kick me out . She also told me that “she wasn’t the one” I don’t know what that means but sounded like a threat. Nicole accused me of stealing based on an incident that happened at the store the previous day . I’m a diamond member and to be treated this way is crazy . Another manager came out who was able to help me and made me feel like a person . Nicole shouldn’t be working at an establishment were she thinks POC are there to steal . Below is what I went to the store for in honor of the free fleece and and robe

Great location: very well stocked, and I have been to some ULTAs where the frargrance selection is limited, or difficult to sample the perfumes for whatever reason; not the case with this location. It was well organized and clean.

I have been looking for a new stylist since mine retired and I was advised to go to Ulta by a friend because she likes it there. Never again. I have had bad cuts before, but not like this. I cant even fix it! The stylist automatically said I needed an undercut for the style I wanted. My fault was I was thinking she was going to use scissors to give it lift and volume for the cut I showed her. I have had this similar style before, so I knew what I wanted. No! She used a RAZOR to my hair! And shaved it off! Razors dry out the natural oil and she killed my hair. The least she could have done was ask if a razor was ok to use. Not everyone can use a razor. It has been itchy since she has done that and I had to dump $50 of moisturizing products to calm my scalp down! Not to mention she didn't ev
