I had the BEST experience with Chaeana at Ulta. She is actually incredible. From the second I sat down she was so warm and easy to talk to, and we built rapport immediately. I was so distracted talking to her that I barely even noticed what she was doing to my hair. Then she turned me around and I was in shock. It was genuinely the most perfect blowout I have ever had in my life. So smooth, so bouncy, and she did it so quickly. And the scalp massage at the bowl… unreal. Her hands felt so good and it was so relaxing that I almost didn’t want it to end. I usually only get blowouts every few months, but this appointment actually made me want to come back and see her every week. If you’re booking at Ulta, go to Chaeana. She’s that girl.

Jamin was Fantastic and friendly she has a gorgeous smile. Keep up that wonderful customer service. After a hard days work it was nice to have someone being so friendly and helpful. Thank you again.

I went into Ultra DREADING the task of trying to find the best products for my oily, combo break out skin. I am so self conscious, I don't really want to be seen in a store but I'm also REALLY lost when is comes to skin care. I found myself in front of the dermalogica products, and I was so overwhelmed. So many options, not sure what I need, I was just going over the entire WALL of products trying to figure out what I need. Overwhelmed, no clue what to do. Finally a very pleasant, friendly associate (Phyllis- i think she is the store manager!) took pity on me and asked me if I needed help. She helped guide me through the products that would benefit me based on my skin condition and concerns, and even turned down some expensive items I was looking at because she knew what would actually he

Just want to say I had a mishap with my online order and wasn't sure how to handle it amid the holiday stress. The store manager, Brittany, was amazing and reached out to resolve it. Overall, have always had a great experience at this store—pretty well stocked and helpful staff.
