Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar

I went to a benefit brow bar for 5+ years on the mainland. As well as having gone to other locations while traveling. I recently moved to Oahu and was excited to find a new brow tech, Helena. I scheduled my first appointment for late November, and it was canceled the day before. Ok, no problem. I rescheduled and had a successful appointment and was asked by Helena if I wanted to reschedule, which I did. My next appointment ended up being canceled the day before… ugh. Rescheduled… canceled again less than 24 hrs before. So in the past 6 weeks, I’ve scheduled 4 appointments and only 1 has actually happened. I understand things come up, but this has been frustrating. I do not feel like the brow services here are reliable. Instead of rescheduling yet again… I’ve decided to try a new brow bar.

Helena was amazing! Today was my FIRST time trying out the brow bar in which i got my brows waxed & tinted. She’s easy to talk too, kind & made me feel comfortable. She let me borrow her portable fan because i was sweating a lot, she put eye masks under my eyes & a pore-cleaning clay mask for my nose. She fixed the same of my brows & i love it! I can’t wait to see her again!

Helena is amazing. Great service and very helpful. She communicates very well with what I need for my brows. I always go to her for my laminations, brow tints and wax and she always makes sure I’m satisfied with the results.

Today I got to see Arch Expert Helena, at the Benefit Brow Bar inside of Pearl highlands Ulta Beauty! She recommended doing a Brow lamination & Tint & I LOVED IT! Brow lamination made my brows look fuller & even looking, while the tint darkened & filled in my gaps. On top of that, I even got a free Eye masks (: It helped brightened, lightened & tightened my under eyes! Helena was so sweet & took the time to achieve my brow GOALS! Will definitely be paying her a visit again soon 😊

I have been going to Helena for about 2 years. She is very good with brows and I feel confident telling others about her. She is my favorite eyebrow artist and always makes me feel my best!
