I love shopping at Ulta. They have so many nearby locations and have often have lots of sales. At this particular location I love seeing my favorite sales associate/manager, Conrad. He is absolutely amazing and heaven sent. Very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I actually knew him a while ago when he worked at the Starbucks that I sometimes go to. He was always so kind and nice, I was actually sad when I heard he left, but happy to find him here. He is a true gem. Very professional and respectful. A lot of the other sales associates there need to take note, especially some of the Gen Z females. Most of them seem like they have little to no social skills. This is the second time I get my haircut done by Salwa and I cannot recommend her enough. She’s very knowledgeable, caring and always makes sure I’m getting exactly what I ask for. Not many hair stylists work on Sundays & I’m glad she does. 10/10!!

Conrad was great! I haven't bought make up on 10 years have been putting off shopping for it due to it being a daunting task. He helped me step by step, gave honest opinions. I needed to get my Hair Highlighted and I needed to find a new Salon. It was Thursday and I needed to get hair color/highlights done by Sunday. The only place I found a last-minute appointment was at Ulta /Golf Mills location. They had litterally one appointment left for the day, and I was booked with Sidra.
