Just look at the pics and you will see how great my hair turned out. Klodia did my hair, we started with a partial balayage and then full a few months later. Shortly after that she cut my hair as well. I love everything. My natural hair color is dark brown with lots of grays coming in and she recommended easing into the full balayage. She was able to blend the grays in to the balayage which is what I wanted. I did a consultation before scheduling my initial balayage and I was very pleased with her recommendations. After my balayage my hair was very soft. I did not loose my natural curl pattern both times. She used a special olaplex and it was great for my hair. I’m obsessed with my hair every time I leave Bianca Kelly Salon! Nathalie is amazing! she’s taken me from almost‑black to blonde to my new cherry‑cola color, and she nails it every single time. She’s patient with my indecisiveness, honest about what will work, and gives the best hair‑care tips (my fine hair has never looked better). I have had such a great experience with my stylist, Bianca. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful, truly listens to my needs, and always takes into account what I like and do not like. She offers great, realistic ideas for my curly hair and explains things in a way that feels collaborative and comfortable. I have had multiple blowouts, haircuts, and a keratin treatment with her, and I have been happy every single time. The salon environment is also wonderful—warm, welcoming, and relaxing.
