I need a 10 star option for this salon! I have been coming here for 5 years now and I have never ever left disappointed. All of the stylists are so skilled and so kind. They take their time to understand your vision and make sure to talk through anything that may happen along the way. I have had all of the stylists but 1 (bc shes always busy!) do my hair and I love them all. The owners, Maggie and Neil, also go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and enjoy your experience. They make each visit very personable. I love it here and I HIGHLY recommend Pilorum for anything you could possibly need for your hair. Theyre experts of their practice!

This is one of those places I wanted to gate keep just so I can keep it to myself, but they are so phenomenal. I had to leave a review. Every single one of their stylists is phenomenal, sweet and professional. The owners have made Pilorum a safe haven for all of their guests I never leave with a bad day or a bad do. And in this day and climate it is rare to find. They really work with you to fit your schedule work with your price range. If you want to buy packages all in all will not be leaving them anytime soon.

I had a facial yesterday. The expert esthetician was so gentle, I fell asleep. This was the most thorough facial I have ever had. She educated me about my skin and explained what i needed to do to keep my skin healthy. When I awoke this morning, I didn't want to wash my face! I looked refreshed and my skin felt wonderful. I highly recommend Pilorum Salon and Spa for any service you may need.

I can’t express enough how AMAZING this salon is. Maggie and Neil are the owners and the nicest people I’ve ever met. They are so kind and funny and I love coming here. Katerina is my stylist and she is so talented and sweet!! She does such an awesome job on my color and cut!! I always feel beautiful when I leave. The entire staff is friendly and the space is comfortable… I’m so glad I found such a wonderful salon and I always look forward to my next appointment. I absolutely LOVE Pilorum! I have been going to Maggie for years and if you need someone to take care of all your hair needs - from cuts to colors to curls and updos, she’s definitely your girl! Today I tried a dry no-chip manicure with Mariah though, and it absolutely blew me away! She is so meticulous and does an outstanding job! My nails have truly never looked better! She actually explained to me why my manicures in the past haven’t lasted long, best practices in techniques, and I even learned a little bit about my nails and the skin around them and how to take better care of them - which I’m super excited about as someone prone to hangnails, dry skin, and cracked cuticles.
