Love love love the Ulta Beauty in New Bern!! With the weather getting colder my skin has been breaking out so bad so I went in today and a beauty advisor named Megan helped me search for products that match my skin type. She was so kind and so patient with me and all of my questions! On top of that, the rest of the staff was upbeat and very helpful! Definitely will be returning!

Traci is amazing. This would be the second time she colored my hair for me. She is so good at her job and very kind. She takes her time and really wants to do an amazing job for her customers. I use to have deep red hair and thought I could never get blonde. She has brought my hair to blonde after two treatments and has done it without killing my hair. She really knows what she is doing and there is no doubt that she really takes pride in her work. I would recommend her 1000x fold to anyone. She went above and beyond to take care of me. I booked a hair and makeup appointment several months in advance and called to confirm and was told everything was good to go. Then today (8 days out from wedding) I received a voicemail telling me that the appointment has been cancelled. Now I have to find someone to do my bridal hair and makeup in the next few days. Edited to add that the general manager reached out to me to try and make things right, and I appreciate that.
