Wow. I don't know where to begin. I sought spiritual guidance in finding this therapist. I got above and beyond what I asked for. I will go back to her. She helped me heal more in me then anyone ever has in any kind of counseling or spiritual practice. She helped me fix things in me that I didn't even realize needed to be fixed. The best cranial sacral therapy I've had in years. Lynn is highly attuned, skilled and compassionate. She balanced all the areas of my body having issues leaving me absolutely calm, peaceful and restored. I highly recommend her and plan to continue as part of my personal wellness support!

Amazing experience! We made a day drip to New Bern just to see Lynn. Made it a group trip. Lynn spent time getting to know each of our needs. Never felt rushed from one session to next. Lynn was excellent at explaining what cranialsacral therapy is. Lynn is very gifted, and present throughout the session. The affect for me was definitely noticeable. And it was noticeable for days after. We traveled a few hours to get there and I will do it again for sure. I struggle with spine and autoimmune issues. This would be an important part of a care plan for anyone struggling with chronic pain. If you are not close consider making a trip. It's definitely worth it. Lynn is a blessing.

While I have not had a massage with Lynn in New Bern, she was previously my massage therapist in Wilmington. Her intuitiveness with the body and ability to make you leave your massage feeling refreshed and rejuvenated is unmatched by any other massage I've had. I love Lynn's massage style, specifically her deep tissue. She can work out any tightness without it becoming painful which is important for someone like myself who has suffered chronic lower back pain. I love her energy and skills! While I am super sad to not have her in Wilmington anymore, I can't wait to visit her in New Bern! :)
