I wanted to share some details of Diligent Medical Massage. I am unable to tell you the benefits of adding this to your health routine. Whether you have a specific issue or you just want to go to relax and be pampered, you will be happy you went. Recently, I had a 90 minute session and part of this was a face massage. This was new for me but the relaxation you feel is something you must experience. Beth takes time to listen to your needs and then goes to work. She was professional, kind and attentive. Do yourself a favor and add this to you wellness routine. You will be blessed!

Hands down, the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with! As an athlete running ~70 miles a week for marathon training and lifting 2–3 days a week, I can’t recommend Elizabeth enough! Her ability to not only identify problem areas but also explain the solutions she applies is far beyond any healthcare provider I’ve seen. She takes a true patient-first approach, breaking everything down into clear, digestible terms that match your level of understanding. On top of her skill, she is one of the most genuinly positive individuals you’ll ever meet. You leave every session not only feeling physically better but also incredibly grateful.

Simply the best massage period! Everywhere else you get a basic massage while having you painful areas just rubbed. Elizabeth actually addresses your pain and helps it go away or reduce significantly! This is not another rub down, this is a true medical massage!
