I usually ask for Saima, but I took a chance today with someone else (Alissa). I’m pretty sure I had a bad experience with this stylist before but I can’t remember if it was her, but today reaffirmed my belief that only Saima can trim my bangs. I showed a picture of my bangs from the last time I *loved* the cut. I explained exactly what I liked about it and what I didn’t want. After 2 attempts of stopping and correcting, my bangs were cut too short to do any further correction by that point and I called it a day. Sure, it’s now out of my eyes and not irritating me, but I don’t understand why this was so difficult when the reference was literally myself. Crooked and very bowl shaped. Just ask for Saima from here on out.

I absolutely LOVE this location. The staff is bar none, the BEST staff Ulta has. (Everyone) But a special thanks to Eden and Giselle for their patience and unbelievable help. Much appreciated. I highly recommend this location.
