I’ve been going to Perspire Montvale for a year, and it truly stands out from anything else on the market. Every session is consistently excellent — clean private suites, fresh towels, and everything set to your preferences, from temperature and lighting to the TV. Coming here after workouts has made a huge difference in my recovery. The heat helps my body fully relax, the red light therapy supports muscle repair, and I always notice better sleep afterward. After using a traditional gym sauna for years, Perspire is on a completely different level — science-backed, private, and something I genuinely look forward to every time. I loved It. Beautiful clean place. Very calming and I love the Red light therapy sauna. I also did the cold rain shower! That will wake you up! The guy at the front desk was fantastic answering all my crazy questions and they will also be opening in Closter, NJ in the future!

Perspire Montvale is hands down the best place for infrared sauna therapy. The space is always spotless, modern, and calming, which makes every visit feel like a mini reset. The private sauna rooms are amazing, and I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and recharged. I absolutely love every session. Taking 40 minutes to unwind without my phone and relax in a comfortable heat that’s healing my body from the inside out is my favorite way to take care of myself! Always a clean, lovely experience!

Wow!! Just Wow!!! The whole experience at Perspire Sauna is simply amazing. Professional and extremely courteous staff, inviting and comfortable sauna rooms and then there is the massive health benefit gained from going here. I don’t usually buy in to therapies that promise to make one feel healthier but the Red Light Therapy (RLT) plus the infrared sauna combined with a relaxing environment definitely made me feel healthier both physically and mentally. Perspire is a great addition to the Upper Saddle River & Montvale area. I will be going back here a lot!
