She is very respectful of hair goals as well and is very knowledgeable about different techniques to work with different types of hair. I have heard complaints from all my hair stylists throughout my life about my thick straight Asian hair being the reason why I cannot achieve volume and she knew exactly what to do

Donna listens carefully, focusing on her clients' hair needs and preferences. She decorates the shop for every season and holiday, making appointments fun. And, importantly, safety is also a priority there.

I'm a person who is always nervous getting his haircut, but with Donna being as amazing as she is and Shear Passion being such a comfortable and safe environment I never go in nervous and I always leave satisfied getting complements on my hair for weeks after my visits.

I got absolutely beautiful blonde highlights here. I come from years of only getting Bumble and Bumble in NYC so it took me a long time to find a suburban spot but Donna nailed it. Close to the scalp and a perfect shade
