I highly value customer service, and worked retail for years, including holiday seasons. I know how stressful it can be. I will admit, when I came into the store tonight, it was 5 minutes until closing time. I knew I was pushing it. I ran inside (following another woman, actually. Maybe an employee? I don’t know.) I saw the gal at the counter look through the glass at me as I was coming in and blatantly rolled her eyes in disgust, and got on her little intercom thing and said something I couldn’t hear. I got in the door and immediately said “i promise I’ll be quick! I’m so sorry!” She scoffed and replied “yeah we close in a few minutes.” I was annoyed by the disrespect already, so I simply said “I’m aware. My 8 yr old daughter had tinsel put in her hair by Madison at Ulta. Madison was amazing! She was so energetic, friendly , and helpful. My daughter was nervous but Madison assured her it was going to turn out great and it did!!! 100% recommended

YALL Idk if I’m crazy or what. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but she came at me with such hostility😭 I came to return a few things and right off the bat I was faced with attitude. She was being very curt and short with her responses. I thought I was going crazy but my friends who were with me noticed the behavior too. 😭😭😭 Buttt the rest of the employees were sweet and helpful, idk what her problem was 🥱🥱

Demanded my phone number three times at checkout, after I said no three times and she had the audacity to act annoyed at me. Ulta management needs to stop pushing employees to not take no for an answer, it’s rude.

Avoid this one at all costs, the manager Dana (blonde, 54-55ish) will accuse you of “decanting” perfume if you happen to not like it & return it, or accuse you of stealing. I frequent southpointe often & have seen her in the parking lot where she’s even given me dirty looks there! LOLLLL weirdo.
