Such a great experience! Liz really knows what she's doing, and listens to and addresses your unique body needs. I have had at least 100 massages in the last decade and this was one of the Best massages Ever! I have long lasting neck and facial/jaw tension and she is the most knowledgeable masseuse to address this area of tension. It felt so good. I will be back again and again!

Literally, the best massage I have EVER had! I get frequent migraines with lots of neck and shoulder pain. I’ve been getting massages regularly for the past three years and have found them helpful. I just moved to Lincoln and needed a new massage therapist. I am so glad I went to Liz. She was amazing! She was able to find the areas that most significantly affect me, and really worked thoroughly through each of those areas. I’ve never had someone give me such a deep, thorough massage. This was the absolute BEST massage I've ever received! The environment was so calming, relaxing, and comfortable. I got a full body deep tissue massage, but Liz felt all the stress knots in my neck and shoulders and took the time to work them all out. She really listened to what I wanted and she was amazing. She even told me some stretches to do that would help me with some areas with chronic pain . I would recommend Liz to everyone!

Kind of tempted to leave a 1 star review for purely selfish reasons - if everyone knew how awesome Liz is, it would be impossible to get on her schedule! But that would be totally unkind, so instead I'll be honest and say that Liz is an incredibly skilled massage therapist. I've seen her about once a month for the past year or so, and I always feel like I leave 10 pounds of tension on the table when I walk out. Also, Everwell's scheduling system is super convenient and easy to use. I recently learned that Liz can process payments through FSA/HSA accounts! That was also super convenient and easy to navigate.
