Everything Zen - Massage & Wellness LLC

I recently had my first CFT session with Zen and it was such a great experience. I could feel my jaw relax during the session, which was huge for me. I’ve been having a stressful month, and afterward I just felt noticeably more at ease and relaxed. Zen is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and her space is clean, calming, and beautifully set up. I’ve also had massages from Zen before, including chair massages at events, and every single experience has been amazing. I have felt comfortable and cared for the every time I’ve been to Zen. She truly seems to know exactly what your body needs. I’ve already sent a friend to her and will absolutely be booking again for both CFT and massage. I can’t recommend her enough!

I recently decided to try out a craniofascial therapy (CFT) treatment. I had never really heard of it before and I was intrigued. I am disabled and deal with a lot of health issues. It’s very stressful and over time has lead to a lot of medical related trauma. Because of these reasons, I was slightly nervous about trying this out, but I’m glad I did. Zen is very professional but also friendly and kind. She knows a lot and was able to explain how CFT treatments worked in a way that I understood but didn’t make me feel like she thought I was dumb for not knowing. The business is also based out of her home, so you automatically get a different vibe, instead of something more clinical like visiting a doctor, which I appreciated. Zen is absolutely incredible! I’ve seen her four times now, and each session has been amazing. She’s welcoming, intuitive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how it responds to stress and trauma. The CFT she does has made such a difference for me—helping ease my headaches, jaw pain, release tension, and truly calm my nervous system. As someone with a history of trauma, I always leave feeling grounded, safe, and reset(and headache free!) With her knowledge and skillset, I can’t recommend Zen enough!

I HIGHLY recommend Zen for craniofacial and massage! She is AMAZING! She tailors sessions to her clients needs and makes sure she asks questions to find out what is bothering her clients to best serve them! Plus she is just a really awesome human being! She also has the perfect amount of pressure EVERY time! I just had cranio facial done and the headache and neck ache I have had for a week is GONE!

Zen is amazing. She found tension in places I didn't even know I was holding it in my face/head in CFT. Felt the nerves in my legs and feet affected even though she was working on my head. Bodies are so weird! My breathing felt a little easier after this technique. I always feel better and lighter after her massages, and am glad to have another modality added to my self care options.
